This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by phppub ("phppub," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all personal data collected from individuals ("you," "Data Subject," or "User") who access, register with, or otherwise interact with the phppub online gaming platform available at phppub.club and all associated pages, services, and communication channels.

• Philippine mobile number (+63 format)

• Username and encrypted password credentials
• Residential address (collected during KYC where applicable)

• Government-issued ID type and number (PhilSys, Passport, UMID, Driver's Licence, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or equivalent)
• Copies or photographs of identity documents
• Selfie or live photograph submitted for biometric matching where required

Processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and phppub — specifically, to create and manage your account, process deposits and withdrawals, provide gaming services, resolve disputes, and administer bonuses and promotions.

Where phppub relies on consent as the legal basis for processing — primarily for marketing communications and non-essential cookies — you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and USDT processing partners receive the minimum personal data necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal transaction. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.

Third-party game studios and platforms — including Evolution Gaming, Asia Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play — may receive session-level data necessary to deliver and audit game rounds. Game providers do not receive your full identity or financial data.

phppub retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, phppub will securely delete or anonymize your personal data. Where data cannot be deleted immediately due to backup or archival processes, it will be isolated and protected until deletion is complete.

phppub implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and phppub servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.

You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data phppub holds about you. You may update certain details directly through Account Settings. For corrections to identity or KYC data, please contact phppub support with supporting documentation.

You may request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (and no other lawful basis applies), or where processing is unlawful. phppub will comply with erasure requests subject to its legal obligations to retain data under AML, PAGCOR, and other applicable regulations.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on phppub's legitimate interests, and to opt out of direct marketing communications at any time. Opt-out requests for marketing can be submitted via Account Settings or by contacting phppub support.

Where processing is based on your consent or contract performance, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. phppub will assess portability requests and respond within fifteen (15) working days.

If you believe phppub has processed your personal data in a manner inconsistent with the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. phppub encourages you to first raise the issue directly with our DPO so we have the opportunity to resolve it promptly.

The phppub Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. phppub does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age is verified during the registration process and through KYC procedures.

If phppub discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, phppub will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the relevant personal data to the extent permitted by law, and retain only such records as are required for regulatory reporting purposes.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has registered with phppub, please contact phppub support immediately. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes a breach of the phppub Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.

The phppub Platform may integrate with or reference third-party services — including game providers, payment processors, and identity verification services. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and phppub is not responsible for the data practices of any third-party service provider once your data passes to them through the integration.

phppub selects third-party processors that demonstrate appropriate data protection standards and enters into data processing agreements with such parties as required under the Data Privacy Act. If you have concerns about how a specific third-party provider handles your data, we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

phppub reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on their phppub Account, and will be posted with an updated effective date on this page.

Your continued use of the phppub Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. If any amendment materially affects how we process data that we have already collected on the basis of your consent, we will seek fresh consent before applying the updated processing practices.

phppub aims to acknowledge all data subject requests within three (3) Philippine business days of receipt, and to fully respond within fifteen (15) working days.
