phppub Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "phppub," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the phppub online gaming platform accessible at phppub.club and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the phppub website, mobile-optimized interface, software, game lobby, and all related services and features made available to registered users.
• "User," "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the phppub Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User upon successful completion of the phppub registration process.
• "Wallet" or "Player Balance" means the credit balance held in a User's phppub Account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP), which may be used to place wagers on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on any game, event, or outcome available through the phppub Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins, or other non-cashable promotional value credited to a User's Account by phppub.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by phppub before processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion during the course of a user relationship.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency of the Republic of the Philippines responsible for the authorization and regulation of gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Terms" or "Agreement" refers collectively to these Terms and Conditions, together with the phppub Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

By accessing the phppub Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phppub Platform and close your Account. phppub reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms or applicable Philippine law.

To create an Account and use the phppub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. phppub enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming. Providing a false date of birth constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold a phppub Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of phppub, its affiliated companies, licensed game providers, or payment processors integrated with the Platform. Immediate family members of such individuals are also ineligible.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or other responsible gaming restriction that prohibits access to online gaming services.
• You must not have a previously terminated, suspended, or closed phppub Account unless phppub has expressly and in writing authorized the reopening of such an account.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the phppub registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Registration with false or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without notice.

Each User may hold only one (1) phppub Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8 of these Terms. phppub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phppub login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. phppub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify phppub support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

phppub conducts identity verification (KYC) in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming requirements. Users are required to submit supporting documentation upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in a suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change. In particular, any change in Philippine mobile number or email address should be updated through Account Settings or by contacting phppub customer support. phppub is not liable for consequences arising from outdated account information, including missed security alerts or OTP delivery failures.

phppub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. phppub reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (fifty Philippine Pesos) for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the time of the deposit transaction. phppub does not charge a platform fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (same-source principle), subject to the method's withdrawal capability. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. phppub reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures to withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests that exceed standard thresholds.

phppub aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to successful verification: GCash and Maya — within one (1) hour for verified accounts; bank transfers — within one (1) Philippine business day. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to payment provider processing times, regulatory requirements, or security reviews.

All transactions on the phppub Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phppub does not operate multi-currency wallets. Players using foreign-denominated payment methods (such as USDT) will have funds converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may fluctuate.

phppub is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine AML regulations. phppub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account, to report suspicious transactions to competent Philippine authorities, and to freeze or close accounts pending investigation where required by law or regulation.

phppub may, at its sole discretion, offer various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not part of the cashable Player Balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible User, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• phppub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, including where phppub reasonably suspects abuse of a promotional offer.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
• Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

The following rules govern all gaming activity on the phppub Platform:

• All games available on the phppub Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• All wagers must be funded entirely by available Player Balance at the time the bet is placed. phppub does not extend credit to Users under any circumstances.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology for electronic games, and by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling procedures for live dealer games. All outcomes are final once settled by the game system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that prevents a round from completing normally, phppub reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. This applies to both RNG games and live dealer tables.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and tables. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game, table, and player tier.
• phppub reserves the right to void any wager where phppub has reasonable grounds to believe the wager was placed in contravention of these Terms, in error, or as a result of a technical fault.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phppub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance held, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with phppub.
• Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly assisting a minor to access the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including coordinated betting strategies across multiple accounts in live poker or baccarat tables.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, financing terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in phppub's Platform. Users who discover such vulnerabilities are required to notify phppub support promptly and must not exploit them.
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging, bonus scalping, or coordinating with other accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith, or where the underlying transaction was legitimate.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phppub staff, customer support agents, or other users of the Platform.

All intellectual property rights in and to the phppub Platform — including but not limited to the phppub name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — are owned by phppub or licensed to phppub by third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to phppub or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Game content accessible through the phppub Platform — including games provided by Evolution Gaming, Asia Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other third-party providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licence terms.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, phppub shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phppub Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Gaming losses arising from lawful gameplay where game outcomes are determined by certified RNG or live dealing procedures.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.
• Errors in third-party payment systems, including delayed or failed deposits or withdrawals caused by your financial institution, GCash, Maya, or other payment providers.
• Actions taken by phppub in accordance with these Terms, including the suspension or closure of an Account for breach of these Terms.

phppub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your net deposited funds held in your phppub Account at the time the claim arises, or the amount of ₱50,000 (fifty thousand Philippine Pesos), whichever is lower.

Nothing in this Section excludes or limits phppub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phppub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into and form part of these Terms:

• All Users are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through the Account Settings panel after logging in to phppub.
• phppub provides a self-exclusion tool that permits Users to voluntarily restrict access to the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.
• phppub's customer support team is available 24/7 to assist Users who believe they may be experiencing gambling-related harm. Support can be reached via the live chat function within the Platform.
• phppub reserves the right to proactively contact Users who display behavioral patterns consistent with problem gambling, and to impose protective measures on accounts including deposit limits or temporary access restrictions.
• phppub strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and cooperates fully with any PAGCOR inquiry or investigation relating to underage gaming.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the phppub Account at any time.

You may close your phppub Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements for any Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

phppub may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority; or at phppub's reasonable business discretion.

Upon account closure, you lose all access to the phppub Platform. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure. Cashable balances will be returned subject to verification. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue to apply following account closure.

phppub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or Philippine mobile number registered on their phppub Account, and will be posted with an updated effective date on this page.

Your continued use of the phppub Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual obligations — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and phppub arising from these Terms or your use of the phppub Platform shall first be submitted to phppub's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support with full particulars of the complaint. phppub will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) Philippine business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phppub's internal process, you agree that disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief.
